The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that request for information. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

If you decide to cancel your website subscription with us, we’ll maintain a copy of your website on an archive server for 3 years. All website files associated with the canceled website will be permanently deleted after that 3-year period has ended.

If you do wish to make your request directly to us, please provide the name of the Media Pro Agency client that your request refers to. We will refer your request to that client and will support them as needed in responding to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
